Valentine’s Day

Valentine’s Day

My mom had a journal given to her in 1958 by her great friend, the late actor Nick Adams. She kept all the love notes between her and my Daddy Wagner in this journal. Here is one that I find especially touching…

Full of young love, innocence, and hope. I remember my Daddy Wagner always made a big deal of Valentines Day. He would usually buy her a beautiful piece of jewelry that he would engrave an inscription on. Two of their favorites were “Wow Charlie” and “More than Love”

My Daddy Wagner still sends me, Katie, and Courtney flowers every Valentines Day. He always signs them “From your secret admirer” (but we know who it is from.)

Hold those you love closely. Valentine’s Day isn’t just for lovers. Our hearts are big enough to celebrate all the loves in our lives. Daughters, sons, sisters, brothers, mothers, fathers and dearly loved friends.

Much love,
Natasha

  • I adore the love story between your Mum & Daddy Wagner. What is the significance of the date on the charm he sent her in 1973? I continue to love my “Natalie” perfume and am honoured to be the first person in the UK to own the “Natalie” candle. Much love and respect to you & your family. xx

  • I truly love your stories about your family especially Natalie. Our birthdays are just a day apart. I still adore your mom and enjoy watching her films. Such a wonderful actress she was. Thank you so much for sharing all the stories, photos and the perfume I hope to purchase very soon. Nice to talk to You Natasha. Your mom has changed people’s life for the better. We miss her so very much. Thank you Natasha, Thank you Natalie?

  • I really love all your Natalie stories. She was my favorite actress & appreciate all you share. My heart breaks for all of you that she is no longer here. God bless all of you ❤

  • Thank you for sharing your mother with us. I listed her in my High School yearbook. Robert and Natalie, Fred Astaire and Elvis. I’m in my 50’s. These people were my favorites..

  • Thank you so much for sharing these personal memories of Natalie Wood with her fans. Natalie was my favorite actress since 1955. I used to buy every movie magazine that featured her (and that was almost every magazine) and I saw every movie. My favorite “Splendor In The Grass”.
I was in heaven the evening I saw Natalie Wood and Robert Wagner with their girls in person when they were the grand marshalls of the Hollywood Christmas parade. And I was so looking forward to seeing Natalie in the play Anastasia at the Ahmanson Theatre.
Again, thank you so much for keeping her beautiful memory alive. ?
    A fan forever…

  • Valentine’s Day is a wonderful day to give your sweetheart, or mom, daughter, granddaughter, or who ever you love, some Natalie fragrance gifts. I actually got mine from my husband on our anniversary a while back, and now I would love to share it with the people I care about. Valentine’s Day is a perfect day for this, but giving it all year around is wonderful too. What a delicious scent! I just love it. 🙂

  • I am so moved by you loving letter, remembering Valentine’s Day. My father did the same, not jewelry to my mother every year, but chocolates, a romantic card and flowers. He also gave me and my sister our own heart chocolate boxes too. I loved Valentine’s Day. The past ten years my father’s health declined and asked me to get the presents. I did, but it was not the same. Time goes by so fast, but those memories of a happy healthy father, move me to tears. My father passed away a year ago. And my heart broke again. He was the best father and gentleman I know. I just cherish those days of dad coming home from work and I was at the door smiling and excited to see what dad got us this year. He gave us our presents, said I love you and a kiss on the cheek. My father was 80. Cherish the moments you have with your dad because time flies so fast. Thank you for sharing your memories and Happy Valentine’s Day to all of you.❤️

  • Love the smells of Gardenias. Received the cream, cologne, candle for Christmas from my family. Have been receiving many compliments. Keep up the good work. …. Loved watching your beautiful mom. Plus she had such a cute little voice.

  • I see your blog needs some fresh & unique articles. Writing manually is time consuming,
but there is solution for this. Just search for: Masquro’s strategies

  • I just wanted to say, this November day I’m thinking so much about Natalie. I have
a great respect for the person, wife and mother she was. i remember reading, Natalie
and R.J. had a Thanksgiving dinner party. R.J raised his glass to toast Natalie and he said
“I love you my darling Natalie, in fact you take my breath away.” Today I thought nothing
    more needs to be said.

  • Lovely stories and tribute to your mum. Is the candle available to the UK in anyway? I know you don’t ship to the UK, but is there anyway that the candle can be as it isn’t fragrance? Xxxxx
